*$444 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot & is in exchange is for retreat services, programming, food and event experience payable upon registration.
The remaining money is to secure your accommodation & this will be booked & paid directly to Green Nest Lodge, contact details will be provided after registration.

Cancellation/Refund policy: A full refund if you cancel more than 30 days before the date of the retreat minus any processing fees. . A 50% refund if cancellation is within 30 days of the retreat unless we can get your spot filled, then you will receive full refund minus any processing fees. If cancellation is within 7 days of the retreat, no refund will be issued unless we are able to fill your spot, in which case you will receive a full refund minus any processing fees. Following travel policies of Ontario, above is registration for retreat services, programming, event experience & meals only. Accommodation will be arranged & rooms will be secured and paid for separately between participant & Green Nest Lodge directly after registration. Contact information will be provide
